Is it Friday yet???

I am so looking forward to tomorrow as Jessica should be arriving in Xela sometime in the evening. As much as I look forward to the weekends, I am also trying my best to enjoy every minute of teaching during the week. It is crazy that in 5 weeks I will be done full time teaching, I will probably dohalf days for a week or so after that and then be done and just wait for Zoe to arrive! It has been really sweet as the kids are sad that I will not be with them the whole year. I know my replacement will be great and the kids will love her, but it sure is nice to hear that the kids will miss me too:)
We have lots of exciting plans for this weekend while Jessica is here. As soon as she arrives in Xela we are going to a concert of one of the Middle School teachers. He is a very talented musician and is having a concert at a local coffee shop! Saturday Jessica and I will be going to the baby shower that the teachers are having for me, it will be great! Everyone here is so excited for Zoe and has been so supportive through the whole pregnancy, they are our family here. Saturday night will be a girls night as Tony is going to the soccer game and then doing a midnight hike of the volcanoe. Sunday we are planning on taking her to the local volcanic baths. Monday she will come to school with us and she leaves Tuesday already. It is a quick trip, but you can't understand how great it is to have a friend visit from home.
Next week wednesday is our next doctors appointment, so we will blog after the weekend of fun and that appointment!
