1 week old!

Today was a big day for us, not only is Zoe 1 week old but Mommy and Zoe had their first outing! This morning we went to drop off laundry, bought Deidra some jewelry and just hang out in the park. Grandma got to carry Zoe around, both of them enjoyed themselves greatly!

When returning from our little adventure I was very tired and needed to rest for a while. We had a few hour rest before heading to the doctor for the first time. Here we are ready to go(Tony met us there after school)

Zoe now weighs 7 lbs 12 oz, so she lost a couple oz, but she is doing great. She got her 2nd shot of Hepatitis B, she obviously did not enjoy this, but she did ok. Doctor said everything looks good and we will go back in a month for another shot:( After visiting the pediatrician we went down stairs to my doctor. He removed some of the stitches in my incision, which felt horrible, but he said everything looks great. We have to go back to him in 6 weeks, right before we leave for one last check up!
We are doing great. Tony is having a hard time leaving us every morning for work, he is missing us greatly:) Mom and Deidra only have a few days left here-crazy. I cannot imagine doing the last week without them here, they have been so helpful and are having a great time of course. We are planning on taking Zoe to school on Thursday. We will not be visiting all the classrooms as there are just too many germs yet, but we will visit Tony's room and spend lots of time in the teachers lounge. I will probably also visit the Middle School with out Zoe, which they will not appreciate, but we would rather be safe than sorry.
That is all for now, I again am going to add the few lastest pictures, so check those out.

Thanks for the update. Glad to know you are doing well and enjoying the time with Grandma and Auntie Deidra. I had supper last night with your Dad at Applebees and then we came back to the apartment and he caught up on all the pictures. Enjoy the rest of the time with your family. Love ya, Vonda
