It's a Girl! (read about my rockstars also)

Hello everyone it is me again. I promised Danielle that I would write the next one so here goes nothing. I have already seen some things since being back that I think I just forget about. I saw 3 people on a bike. This might not sound like a big deal, but when there is one person on the metal bar and a toddler riding on papa's head it looks a little silly/dangerous.

If you have not heard already Danielle and I are awaiting on our baby girl to be born. We have decided to name her Zoe Xela (pronounced Shay La) Schnyders. Zoe just because we really like the name, and Xela because it is our home town here in Guatemala. We think that it will just be a good reminder for her of the fact that she is a Guatemalan citizen. She has been getting a lot bigger and we attribute much of that to our trip home over Christmas. Here is the latest bump picture of Danielle. She is so cute! (footnote: I am still holding out a 1% hope that it is a boy)

Upon our return I have already been very ill. The Guatemalan cuisine has already disagreed with me and it put me in bed all last weekend. I was able to recover quickly and I am back to full strength.
While we were home we played Rock Band on New Years Eve, but I have got to tell you. These bands pale in comparison to those of the fourth graders at IAS. Today I uncovered not one, but two bands. Three girls in my class have formed a band and they actually have songs written so naturally I, as the authority figure, took the lyrics and laughed a lot. I did not tell the rest of the class, but it was funny. After this an argument insued about who had a band first and then I told both bands that infact neither of them are the first band and that it really did not matter who was established first. I am a little skeptical about the boys' band, because when I asked them what instruments they played there was a lot of confusion. They mentioned something about having a song called "Raw" but I am nearly convinced that this is a song that has already been played at some WWF venue. Two of the boys were threatening to kick one of the boys out, because he was not taking any music lessons. They gave him an ultimatum and told him that if he did not take voice lessons that he would be out. This was one of the most hillarious journal prompts that I have ever done, but I got to thinking. On talent and overall organization, I would have to give the girls a better shot of making it in the biz. On style and the chance of it turning into a really funny reality series I would go with the boys. You can see why I am so torn.

Keep Rockin'

I love the info of the rockbands! So funny! And, Tony, you can hope all you want for a boy, but I doubt it (yet 1% is better than 0%). Hope you stay happy and healthy! Love you!
