A mix of things

A few things happened this weekend that I thought some of you may find interesting.
First of all I went danging again! This time had a very different result. Tony was along with a few other guys including a few Guatemalans, which is always good. One of those guys "knows people" so we got into a local club for free and were seated in the VIP section. It was nice. We didn't dance for much of the time we were there, but when we did it was fun and totally safe! We actually wanted to dance more but the music was just too bad. So it was a good experience and will probably happen again:)
The other fun thing of the weekend was going to "the coast." People here call anything down the mountain and closer to the ocean the coast. So we were still like 15 miles from the ocean, but it was beautiful. I went with two other girls to a pool for a few hours on Sunday. It is amazing how hot is can get once you get a little out of the mountains. It was mostly cloudy, I had SPF 30 on and I still got fried. I am not complaining, it was wonderful and relaxing, I am just a little sore now.
There was a request from a loyal blogger( you know who you are) to tell about our friends and who we hang out with down here. Pretty much we hang out with people from school and their Guatemalan friends. There is one other young married couple from school that we have done a few things with. Also our Principal and his girlfriend, along with a few other single girls from school are pretty much who we are with most of the time. They are all great people and we have alot of fun together.
I have officially started Spanish lessons. Tony starts tomorrow. I really enjoy it, but after an hour straight of concentrating on understanding Spanish and trying to speak correct Spanish, I had a headache:( I have also started tutoring a 3rd grade girl two days after school. Tony and I tutor the same days so it works out nice and its a little extra money.
Don't know much else, I hope you are all enjoying reading these. I feel like some of these things are minor and nobody would really care, but people tell me otherwise, so I will keep writing.
Trying to do everything for HIM,
Tony and Danielle
