So... I don't really know where to start, I have done alot of thinking this week and still am not sure what I am feeling or wanting. All this thinking stemmed from finding out that Substitute pay at the Christian school I'm subbing at is ...lets just say not alot of money at all. I really enjoyed my days at the school. The students are very respectful, the teachers are nice and it's just a nice working environment. It just that my time away from Zoe is precious, I have to admit I had a few tears leaving her on Wednesday. I just feel if I am going to be away from her and Tony for the whole day it needs to be worth my time. A tong term subbing position would be ideal, but I do nor foresee that in the near future.I know I could sub in the public school district full time and make quite a bit more money. I could also be in some pretty rotten classrooms and in not too welcoming situations. I would love to be able to stay home with her all the time, but at this point I have to have some sort of income. Right now I am in the process of trying to find a decent, plausible online job. I have a few options, but they all require referral, so until I have a few people signed up under me, it's really not anything significant. (if anyone is interested and wanting to get a little income by working from home, e-mail me please!!! danielledvw@hotmail.com) So, that is what is going on and as much as I loved being back in the classroom this week, I REALLY love spending time with my daughter.
In happier news: Tony and Zoe had a great week together. She is really getting quite the personality. She definitely likes being around people. We had our first babysitter come in this morning while Tony had a meeting and Zoe was perfect for her!! I am officially done nuring now and I am a little sad about it, but zoe continues to love the bottle and cereal. She only has cereal at night before she goes to bed, but she loves it:)
The Twins are playing in Cleveland this weekend, we will for sure be going to one game, maybe 2. It is crazy that we only have to drive an hour to see the twins when they are in town..so fun! As of now I don't have any days subbing next week...again i don't know what is going to happen in this situation. I would love your advice, comments, prayers, whatever you have to offer that will help.
I will be sure to take some pictures at the Twins game and post those in a few days.
Have a good weekend!

I thought you were intending to nurse for at least 3 years. What happened??!!
Oh, and "A lot goin' on up-top" definitely made me think you were rubbing it in to the rest of the females of the world...then I realized you were talking about thinking.
I thought the title was referring to Zoe's hair! Ha. Well, I hope you find what works for you. Even if you decide to try the public school system, the challenges will only make you stronger. Miss you, friend.
I am sorry for the confusing Title, I was trying to be creative, but maybe I should just stick to my boring ways;)
Dude, if you're online pyramid work from home thing is about spending time with Zoe, that's cool. But don't let working with the peasants in the public school system scare you. They are kids, and you live in Canton, OH not Harlem.
Hey Danielle, We will definitely be praying for you guys as you discern what is best for you and for Zoe. Just a thought... I started selling Discovery Toys about a year ago and I really enjoy it. you work from home and then do home parties usually in the evenings. It takes a little while to build your business, but fall is the best time to start! If you're interested in more info, just shoot me an email at ck.dejager@gmail.com.
