A mix of Emotions

I am feeling..... well I am not sure, but here is my attempt at putting it into words.
1. Happy that the week is over and we have fun events this weekend.
2. Relieved that all my finals are completed.
3. Blessed to have an amazing husband.
4. Disappointed that the two teachers who we recruited for next year decided not to come.
5. Worried about the school still needing 5 teachers for next year.
6. Ecstatic that we will be in the states in 2 weeks.
7. Sad that the school year is almost over and I will no longer be able to teach my amazing eighth grade girls.
8. Proud of my 6th grade student Alexa who won IAS student of the year at the honors banquet last night, she is amazing!! (picture)
9 Sad that I am missing so many events back home but very happy for everyone graduating and getting married.
10. Stressed about getting everything ready for next year and moving to a different apartment.
11. Thrilled that Dr. Fox (a fellow teacher) is giving us many kitchen utensils and furniture for our new apartment.
12. Amazed at how fast this year went and the amazing friends we made.
13. Blessed and loved:)
So there it is, sorry for the plethora of emotions, but that is where I am at.
We had a second grader birthday party at McDonald's tonight, that was fun. Tomorrow night we have a quincenera and then Sunday we have our last grill out at the directors house, what a great weekend.
One week left of classes and then finals and graduation!!
I will post pictures of all our parties soon.
Again, Congratulations Jess on Graduation and Congratulations Shane and Jody on getting married!!!!

Hey,
Your post made me cry, which is not good because I need to go to work pretty soon. You two were truly missed this weekend; it just was not the same without you. I hope you are blessed in your final weeks in Guatemala. We love you and are praying for you!
